Party Rentals

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, prior to setup. Deposits may be paid via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or other accepted payment methods.

• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, and date changes.
• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

Standard delivery is included within a 25-mile radius of the Denver metro area. Deliveries beyond this radius are subject to a $2.00 per additional mile surcharge (round trip).

• The customer must ensure adequate access to the setup area, including clear pathways at least 4 feet wide.
• A standard electrical outlet (110V, 15-20 amp) must be available within 50 feet of the setup location.
• Setup and takedown are performed by Jamaican Peaks staff. The customer is responsible for supervision of the inflatable during the rental period.
• We will arrive approximately 1 hour before the event start time for setup.

The safety of all participants is our top priority. The renter agrees to the following:

• Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use.
• No food, drinks, gum, silly string, sharp objects, shoes, or glasses inside the inflatable.
• Maximum capacity must be observed as posted on each unit.
• The inflatable must be deflated and turned off during high winds (above 15 mph), rain, lightning, or other severe weather.
• Users should be grouped by age and size; no mixing of toddlers with older children.
• No flips, rough play, or climbing on the exterior walls.

The renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the inflatable equipment during the rental period:

• Tears, punctures, or structural damage: The renter is liable for repair or replacement costs, up to the full value of the unit.
• Excessive cleaning: A cleaning fee of up to $150 will be charged for stains, bodily fluids, paint, or other substances that require professional cleaning.
• Loss or theft: The renter is liable for the full replacement cost of the unit and all accessories (blower, stakes, tarps).
• Jamaican Peaks Party Rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during use of the inflatable. The renter assumes all risk and responsibility for all participants.
• The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jamaican Peaks Party Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the equipment.

• Customer cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event forfeit the full rental amount.
• Weather cancellation by Jamaican Peaks: If we determine that weather conditions (sustained winds over 25 mph, thunderstorms, hail) make setup unsafe, we will offer a reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued.
• Weather during event: If weather conditions deteriorate during the event, the unit must be deflated immediately. No refunds or credits will be provided for weather-related shortened rentals once setup has been completed.

• All prices listed are base rental prices and do not include Colorado state and local sales taxes.
• Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to the final invoice.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of deposit payment is the locked-in price for that booking.
• Additional fees may apply for: extra mileage, generator rentals, late returns, and excessive cleaning.
